1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NixaVault website ("nixavault.com") and purchasing any social media accounts or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer") and NixaVault ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

2. Services Provided

NixaVault provides 100% phone-verified social media accounts for a wide range of platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram, Twitter, Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, Gmail, and various AI platforms.

We offer three categories of accounts:

Fresh Accounts: Newly created accounts with phone verification. Ready for immediate use.
Aged Accounts (1–3 Months): Accounts with established history and higher trust scores.
Premium Aged Accounts (1+ Year): Accounts with significant history, maximum trust, and proven reliability.

All accounts are delivered with login credentials and, where applicable, associated email access.

3. Account Ownership & Use

Upon delivery, the full ownership of the purchased account(s) is transferred to you. NixaVault retains no access or control over your accounts after delivery.

You are solely responsible for:

Changing passwords and securing your accounts after delivery
All activities conducted using the accounts
Compliance with the terms of service of each platform you use the accounts on
Using the accounts in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

⚠️ Important: NixaVault is not responsible for any actions taken by third parties or platform bans resulting from your use of the accounts. We recommend using best practices for account security.

4. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, orders placed and paid for at a specific price will be honored at that price.

We accept payments via:

JazzCash — Local payments in the United States
EasyPaisa — Local payments in the United States
Bitcoin (BTC) — Cryptocurrency payments
USDT (Tether) — Stablecoin payments

Bulk orders of 500+ accounts may qualify for additional discounts. Please contact us directly for custom pricing.

5. Delivery Policy

All accounts are delivered instantly after payment confirmation. Delivery is typically completed within 5–30 minutes of order confirmation.

Delivery is made via:

Email — We send the account details to your registered email
WhatsApp — For orders placed via WhatsApp
Telegram — For orders placed via Telegram

If you do not receive your delivery within 2 hours of order confirmation, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Telegram.

6. Refund & Replacement Policy

NixaVault offers a 30-day replacement guarantee on all accounts. If any account you purchase is not working as described within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it free of charge.

Replacement Conditions:

You must provide proof of issue (e.g., screenshot of error)
You have not significantly altered or misused the account
The issue is a result of our account quality, not your usage

Refunds: Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

We are unable to deliver the accounts within 24 hours of payment
We cannot fulfill the order as described
Mutually agreed settlement

7. User Responsibilities

As a user of NixaVault services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information when placing orders
Use the accounts for lawful purposes only
Not resell accounts without proper authorization
Not engage in fraudulent or misleading activities
Accept responsibility for any actions taken with the accounts

NixaVault reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

NixaVault provides accounts "as is" and does not guarantee that any account will remain active indefinitely. Platform terms of service may change, and accounts may be subject to platform actions beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NixaVault shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of business, revenue, or profits
Platform bans or account suspensions
Any actions taken by third parties

Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific account(s) in question.

9. Privacy & Data Security

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used only for order processing, delivery, and communication related to your purchases.

We do not share, sell, or rent your information to third parties except as required by law or to process your order.

All payment transactions are processed through secure channels. We do not store your payment details on our servers.

10. Changes to Terms

NixaVault reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
